Yes – prior to being a full-time magician, David was a school teacher, and he is highly experienced in entertaining younger guests on wedding days.

It is vital that all age groups are included on such an important occasion. Child-friendly magic can be delivered, and David Fox is also a highly accomplished balloon modeller and sculptor. This colourful and vibrant art-form is always a winner on a wedding day!

It was truly fantastic to entertain Annie, Dean and all their friends and family at the Sitwell Arms in May this year. I was very fortunate to meet the lovely couple at Nick and Beth’s wedding at Stubton Hall in 2019, and I was very flattered that they decided to call upon my services for their own special day.

Annie and Dean requested that I entertain everyone during their early evening reception. The period from the end of the wedding breakfast until the first dance is perfect for a close-up magician to circulate freely with the guests.

It was a pleasure to perform card magic, sleight-of-hand, classic illusions and mind-reading routines for all age groups. Annie and Dean’s friends and family were a joy to mix with, and it was fantastic to receive such a tremendous reaction.

We were blessed with excellent weather on the wedding day, so I was able to mingle freely with the guests in the garden area and terrace to the rear of this superb wedding venue. 

The outstanding Bailey Lonsdale Photography were Annie and Dean’s chosen lensmen for the day, and it was a pleasure to work alongside these consummate professionals. SCR Hospitality Awards 2020 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Sheffield

It was a massive privilege and a pleasure to be part of the prestigious SCR Hospitality Awards night at the Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Hotel in Sheffield last month. The awards evening celebrates the finest in the hospitality industry around the Sheffield city region.

The atmosphere was electric as the elite of the service industry came together to enjoy ‘The Greatest Showman’ themed event. SCR Hospitality Awards 2020 – Winners

Close-up ‘ice-breaker’ magic and table magic was provided by yours truly, and hopefully livened up the proceedings a little. As you would expect from South Yorkshire’s finest, the guests were a wonderful group to entertain and I thoroughly enjoyed this magical evening at a majestic venue!

This year’s good cause was the Children’s Hospital Charity which provides vital support and assistance to young people around the South Yorkshire Region and beyond. Well done to everyone for raising over two thousand pounds!

Well done to Jessica, Nicole and Vicky of JNV events for hosting such a fantastic occasion at Sheffield Hilton Hotel last month! It was a massive privilege to be part of this very special Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed evening – and over one thousand pounds was raised for the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity!

The team at JNV ensured that everyone had a magical night to remember at this stunning venue in the heart of Sheffield. The event was expertly hosted by the jovial Ian J France, and the guests were treated to the talents of vocalist Sylvester Gold after enjoying a delicious three course meal.
